In these unprecedented times, we saw a lot of things change. Artists took to their laptops, iPads, and closest camera set-ups to bring our favorite songs to our fingertips, as we tipped virtual tip jars trying to help any way we could. Losing bookings, festival dates, and steady incomes hit the music community hard. Although things are slowly getting better, many are still feeling the pull of those many months of going without. The Sequestered Songwriters Festival, taking place October 17th, 2021 at the Lucky Spur Ranch, in Justin, TX, is aiming to tackle just that. All funds generated from this event will go directly into fulfilling their mission of providing emergency relief funds for full-time Americana musicians in need.
