Winners will be selected by Station’s sole discretion. If it is deemed that a candidate is ineligible for prize receipt in the Station’s judgment another candidate will be selected based on contest criteria. In the event that no candidate meets the contest criteria the prize will go un-awarded. In the event of a tie the winner will be determined by the sole discretion of the station.

Prize includes: 2-night stay, double occupancy with fees and taxes covered.  Must be used in 2024 calendar year.  Specific dates not guaranteed, subject to hotel availability.

All federal, state and local taxes apply and are the responsibility of the prize winner.

Certain prizes are date specific (i.e. concerts, performances, events) the winner must be available on specified date. If the winner is not available on specified date the Station reserves the right to select another winner based on the contest criteria. The Station is not responsible for event reschedule or cancellation and no substitution will be given.

The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues in the entry process, including but not limited to internet service outages, computer difficulties, and delays. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by website administrator for online entries. When applicable the website administrator’s clock will be used as the official time for the contest. Contest entries must contain all requested information by the deadline to be considered a valid entry. The Station is not responsible for any technical issues in the entry, voting or selection process that can be reasonably considered to be out of the realm of the Station’s control.
