On the Wednesday night edition of the Local Music Showdown Travis Parker would return for as second night on his journey to the Hall of Fame.  However newcomer Jerrod Flusche would enter the ring with his rendition of Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys to put up the fight of a lifetime.  End the end, Jerrod would reign victorious and move on to his second round.  There will be a brief pause in the Showdown Thursday night but it will return on Friday with a new contender, Bullet Creek.  Your vote decides who makes it to the next round!

Tonight's Showdown was neck and neck between returning winner Hayeden Leenhouts and newcomer Travis Parker.  A mere 8 votes made Travis Parker victorious tonight and will return tomorrow night, Wednesday, to face off against Jerrod Flusche.  The winner is decided by YOU!

We are back from a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with our bellies full and ready for more of the Local Music Showdown.  Hayeden Leenhouts would return to take on the Cottonwood Crows and stole the "Win" once again.  Tomorrow night Hayeden will face off against Travis Parker for the Local Music Showdown!

Austin Upchurch was your returning contestant from Tuesday night and going up against a new outfit out of the Denton area by the name of Hayeden Leenhouts.  Hayeden has a traditional country sound and that would be help him score the W tonight.  Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the next edition of the Local Music Showdown will be Monday December 2nd against the Cottonwood Crows.  Fun starts at 9:10!

Since Chance Anderson made it through his 5th round last night he was inducted into the Hall of Fame.  That means I had to find two new contestants for tonight.  Enter Austin Upchurch and Justin Myers.  Austin had submitted a new tune called A Hundred Thoughts with a cool rockin' sound.  Justin sent in Get Back To Texas, a true country song.  At the end of the night Austin Upchurch would reign victorious.   Listen tomorrow as he takes on Hayeden Leenhouts from the Denton area!

Well kids, tonight was the deciding night.  Would Chance Anderson make it into the Hall of Fame with a fifth win tonight or would The 40 Acre Mule knock him out of being the first?  The 40 Acre Mule brought in a fun, upbeat party tune titled Bathroom Walls but it wouldn't do the dead.  Chance Anderson is now our first Hall of Famer!  Tonight we will welcome TWO new contestants to the festivities, Austin Upchurch and Justin Myers.
