The Local Music Showdown is rolling full steam ahead and we are looking for another Hall of Famer.  Last night Jacob Armitage returned for his second night in a row against Tyller Gummersal.  Both songs are fantastic what Jacob was the victor.  Tonight he faces off against Chris Albright!  It kicks off at 9:10pm!

Friday night Kendi Jean returned to face off against yet another challenger, Jacob Armitage.  Jacob, like Kendi, has been in it before and is hungry to make it to the Hall of Fame.  Jacob scored the W and is stepping back in the ring with Tyller Gummersal at 9:10pm.

Kendi Jean scored the W against the Fort Worth Musicians Choir and returned for a segment round against Dana Deatherage.  While Dana had a killer last night and tune, Kendi took the win.  Tonight she faces off against Jacob Armitage at 9:10pm and we need your vote!

The Fort Worth Musicians Choir has been steamrolling ahead int he Showdown but faced a new competitor last night by the name of Kendi Jean.  Kendi has been on the Showdown in the past but didn't quite make the 5 wins to the Hall of Fame.  Last night she began the journey again taking the victory from FWMC.  Be sure to listen in tonight at 9:10pm to hear Kendi take on Dana Deatherage.  We need your vote!

A little late but I was out of the office for a few days.  Last Wednesday the Fort Worth Musicians Choir competed head to head with BC & the Big Rig.  It was a hard fought battle but in the end the Fort Worth Musicians Choir would go on to take the win.  They'll returned tonight to face off against Kendi Jean.  We need your vote to decide the victor.

Taylor Needham made it through his initial competition and his second night was challenged by a Fort Worth collective.  The Fort Worth Musician's Choir sent me their rendition of Willie's Living in the Promiseland.  FWMC ended up taking the win and returns tonight to face BC & the Big Rig.  It starts at 9:10pm and we need your vote!  Tonight's winner will be announced on Wednesday August 5th since I will be out of the office beginning tomorrow.  Let's make it a good'n!

The Local Music Showdown fired off again last with two new contenders, Whiskey Double and Taylor Needham.  While they were two completely different kinds of Texas Music it was some stiff competition.  Both outfits received a plethora of votes but in the end Taylor Needham would take the win.  Tonight Taylor will face off against quite the intense competitor, the Fort Worth Musicians Choir doing a rendition of Willie Nelson's Living In The Promiseland.

The Justin Russell Band is doin' the dang thing on the chapter of the Local Music Showdown.  Leveling the competition and win round after round.  Last night Duston Siler stepped in the ring and while it was neck and neck most of the night he didn't get quite enough votes.  Tonight Justin Russell returns to challenge Brian Gallagher.  It kicks off at 9:10pm and we need your vote!

The Local Music Showdown is going along swimmingly and last night was no different.  The Justin Russell Band returned for a second round facing off against Ox Martin.  Justin and the guys pulled the win and will return for yet another round tonight against Duston Siler which kicks off at 9:10pm tonight.  Come support Local/Independent Music and cast your vote tonight!
