Shane Rendon returned last night for round two of his Local Music Showdown appearance to face a new challenger, the Mason Adams Project. There was a plethora of votes roll in but in the end Shane would reign victorious. Tonight he returns to the arena and a new contestant, Mel Diyer. It all kicks off at 9:10pm!
My friend, Joe Savage, introduced me to Shane Rendon and suggested he submit for the Local Music Showdown in which he did. Seth Jones has been in the competition before but hasn't quite made the five. Last night they went head to head and the battle was intense, not like camping though, with 5 votes deciding the winner..... Shane Rendon took the win. Abbey Brown & the Sound has been strikin' down the competition left and right. Last night she returned for a fifth and final night either heading to the Hall of Fame or being sent home by Skip Pullig. Last Friday we had another round of world famous Local Music Showdown featuring Abbey Brown & the Sounds competing against Lucas Jagneaux & the Roadshow. It was fairly close but in the end Abbey would take the win. She returns tonight for her fifth and final night facing off against Skip Pullig!

Avery Stinnett has been a force to be reckoned with so far in this Showdown Series. Last night he took on a new fellow by the name of Randy C Moore.
