One (1) grand prize package will be awarded to one (1) winner and one (1) guest, which includes:

Online Entry:
Qualifying begins November 10, 2025, and ends November 23, 2025. Visit www.959TheRanch.com and click on the MusicFest Giveaway post. Complete the entry form in full to be entered to win. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the contest period.

How to Win

On or about November 24, 2025, one (1) eligible entry will be randomly selected from all entries received.

• The potential winner will be contacted by 95.9 The Ranch between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• The potential winner must answer the phone when called — no voicemail or messages will be left.
• If the potential winner does not answer, another entry will be selected, and the process will repeat until an eligible winner answers and is confirmed.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

 

Miscellaneous

1. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited.
3. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable, except to a surviving spouse. No cash redemption or prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Administrator, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. No Warranty: The Sponsor makes no warranties with respect to the prize. All prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
5. Taxes and Fees: Winner and guest are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize.
6. Expenses: Any expenses not specifically listed in the “Prize” section are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
7. Travel Requirements: Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age by the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. All transportation (including airfare and ground travel) is solely the responsibility of the winner.
8. Privacy: Entry information will be used in accordance with LKCM Radio Group’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.959theranch.com/rules-and-regulations/.
9. Eligibility Restrictions: Employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates of LKCM Radio Group or any contest sponsors, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or household members), are not eligible to enter or win.
10. Disqualification: LKCM Radio Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant determined, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of these rules or otherwise ineligible.
11. Unclaimed Prize: If no eligible winner is confirmed, the prize will not be awarded.
12. Prize Dates: The prize is date-specific (January 5–10, 2026). The winner must be available to attend during these dates. No substitutions or alternate travel dates will be provided.
13. Technical Issues: LKCM Radio Group is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, including but not limited to service outages, internet disruptions, computer or phone malfunctions, or entry delays.
14. Liability: The Administrator is not liable for technical malfunctions, corrupted data, lost/delayed entries, or tampering of any kind.
15. Cancellation: Administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if technical difficulties, fraud, or other causes compromise its integrity. If terminated early, a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries received prior to termination.
16. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Administrator, Sponsor, and their affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or use of the prize, including injury or death. All claims must be resolved individually and without class action; recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
17. Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant the Sponsor and its designees permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, photographs, image, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
18. Acceptance: Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. All decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor are final and binding. All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
