How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
– On-Air Entry: Qualifying begins September 20, 2025, and ends October 17, 2025. Listen on weekdays during the qualification period at approximately 8:40 a.m., 1:40 p.m., and 4:40 p.m. for your cue to call. Dial 817-877-1959 when prompted. One (1) person may qualify each time by being the correct caller.
– Mail-In Entry: Mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, and phone number to:

One (1) postcard entry will be selected at random from all postcard entries and included in the final drawing.
All entry methods have an equal chance of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire contest period. Multiple entries (including use of different phone numbers) will result in disqualification.
How to Win
On or about October 20, 2025, one (1) entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
– The potential winner will be contacted by 95.9 The Ranch between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
– The potential winner must answer the phone when called—no messages will be left.
– If the potential winner does not answer, another entry will be selected at random, and the process repeated until an eligible winner answers.
Odds of winning: 1 in 61 (approximate). No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Official Rules
1. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Open to legal residents of the United States, age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited.
3. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable, except to a surviving spouse. No cash redemption or substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Administrator or Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Sponsor makes no warranties with respect to the prize. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
5. Winner and guest are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including payment of taxes, fees, and surcharges.
6. Any expenses not specifically described in the “Prize” section are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
7. Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years old as of the departure date and must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. All transportation, including airfare and ground travel, is solely the responsibility of the winner.

9. Employees, agents, and affiliates of LKCM Radio Group or Sponsor, as well as their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or household members), are not eligible.
10. LKCM Radio Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it determines, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible or in violation of these rules.
11. If no eligible winner is confirmed, the prize will not be awarded.
12. Prize is date-specific (December 5–8, 2025). Winner must be available to attend on these dates; no substitutions will be provided.
13. LKCM Radio Group is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, including but not limited to phone/internet service outages, computer/phone difficulties, or delays.
14. Administrator is solely responsible for conducting the contest and awarding the prize. Entrants agree the Administrator is not liable for technical malfunctions, corrupted data, lost/delayed entries, or tampering.
15. Administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if technical difficulties, fraud, or other causes compromise its integrity. If terminated early, a random drawing will determine the winner from all eligible entries received prior to termination.
16. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Administrator, Sponsor, and their affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or prize use, including injury or death. Claims must be resolved individually without class action; recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
17. By entering, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, photographs, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
18. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor are final. All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
