That tradition continues this spring including…
In 2019, seasoned Texas troubadour Zane Williams—already seven solo albums deep—assembled a handpicked group of elite musicians from the Texas music scene. The result is a sound that feels timeless and fresh all at once, while being compared to early Eagles and ’80s-era Alabama, blending five-part harmonies with bluegrass-leaning arrangements and folk-rock storytelling. As one critic put it: “There is music. And then there is The Wilder Blue—so transcendent, they exist in a category all their own.”
From college bar stages to sold-out crowds, Slade Coulter has built his career the old-school way — one song, one show, and one mile at a time. A Texas native with a rock-and-roll heart and a storyteller’s soul, Coulter’s music fuses red dirt grit with the kind of song writing that lingers long after the last note fades.
Country artist Carson Jeffrey embodies Texan charm, living a double life as a full-time cowboy and a hardworking touring musician. On the Cat Spring ranch, Carson embraces the rich tapestry of cowboy traditions—building, fixing, mowing and roping. Come the weekend, Carson transforms into a road warrior, playing over 100 shows a year and selling out Texas venues. His music mirrors the Texan experience, weaving tales of trails and prairie winds. With each guitar strum, he invites listeners on a journey through the heart and soul of Texas, where cowboy life and country melodies converge in a captivating harmony.
Led by U.S. Army and Iraq War veteran John Teague, The Teague Brothers deliver no-frills, high-octane country rock built for loud stages and long nights. Known for roaring guitars, ripping fiddle lines, and a bone-rattling backbeat, their live shows are pure energy from start to finish. Their songs—like “Fingers & Thumbs,” “Pipeliner,” and “Don’t Want to Go Home”—tell blue-collar stories rooted in real life. It’s honest, hard-working country music, played by a band that lives it.
The Lowdown Drifters have earned their reputation as road dogs, both to their benefit and their detriment, playing one-night stands to their self-proclaimed “tens of fans” across the nation for the better part of a decade. Fort Worth, Texas based by way of California, Washington and Minnesota, the band has created their own brand of “sad bastard songs” that are as likely to invoke dancing as crying, combining heartfelt and heartbreaking lyrics with catchy and upbeat melodies. Led by John Cannon’s poetic rasp, the Drifters live show has built a steadfast and dedicated following.
Formerly known as Mike and the Moonpies, Silverada represents a bold new chapter for one of Texas music’s most respected working-class bands. Frontman Mike Harmeier formed the group in his early 20s, cutting their teeth on five-hour dancehall sets across Austin before taking Texas country worldwide. By the early 2020s, the band had become global ambassadors of Texas music—recording at Abbey Road Studios, collaborating with the London Symphony Orchestra, and stepping onto the Grand Ole Opry stage. Silverada isn’t just the name of their latest release—it’s the sound of a band reinvigorated, refined, and still deeply rooted in Texas.
Tyler Halverson is the kind of artist who knows how to own a stage. With a sound built on honest storytelling and high-energy performance, he delivers shows that feel both personal and electric. Whether he’s pulling listeners in with a heartfelt lyric or turning the room into a full-on sing-along, Tyler connects from the first note to the last encore. Blending modern influences with classic songwriting, his live performances are equal parts passion, polish, and personality—the kind of show that sticks with you long after the lights go down.
A true road-tested Texas original, Kody West is known for gritty songwriting, rock-driven energy, and a commanding stage presence. His music blends Red Dirt roots with raw honesty, delivering songs that hit just as hard live as they do on record. With a catalog full of fan favorites and hard-earned stories, Kody has built a fiercely loyal following by doing things the right way—playing loud, playing often, and never phoning it in. Expect high-energy shows, crowd-fueled moments, and the kind of performance that turns first-time listeners into lifelong fans.
Logan Ryan Band blends modern Texas country with classic songwriting and a lived-in sound that feels right at home on a live stage. Built around strong melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and a tight, road-tested band, their music balances energy with restraint—never rushed, never overdone. Whether leaning into heartfelt storytelling or letting the groove carry the room, the Logan Ryan Band delivers songs that connect naturally and performances that keep things easy, honest, and memorable.
