Fort Worth Stockyard’s – Cowtown Goes Green

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the Cowtown way at the 25th Annual Cowtown Goes Green in the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District on Saturday, March 14 from 10AM–8PM. Round up the family for a full day of Irish-Western fun featuring live music, festive food and drinks, armadillo races, pony rides, Irish dancers, gunfight shows, lawn games, and more. It’s all part of Spring Breakaway, Stockyards-Style, happening now through March 30.

Catch the Fort Worth Herd cattle drives at 11:30AM and 4PM, followed by the Irish-Western Parade at 4PM, plus the Stockyards Championship Rodeo with a matinee at 1:30PM and an evening show at 7:30PM inside Cowtown Coliseum. Stop by the Rodeo Plaza where 95.9 The Ranch broadcasts live from 11AM–2PM and 92.1 Hank FM from 2PM–5PM, with live music, family activities, and plenty of St. Paddy’s Day fun happening all around the district.
