Miranda Lambert and George Strait were officially inducted into the Texas Songwriters Hall of Fame this past Saturday(Feb. 21st) during a ceremony at Austin’s ACL Live at The Moody Center. They were honored for their songwriting contributions along with Don Cook and the late Keith Gattis.
George was recognized for his songwriting on tracks such as “Here for a Good Time”, “Living for the Night”, “Every Little Honky Tonk Bar” and “I Got a Car.” Miranda was honored for hits like “Tin Man”, “Automatic” and Bluebird.”
