CRAFT is the inaugural craft cocktail competition fundraising event benefiting the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) North Texas chapter. Mixologists from area restaurants and bars will convene at the event to compete in a craft cocktail competition where a panel of local celebrity judges will select the winner. In addition, patrons will enjoy the following:
Option to participate in the “People’s Choice Award” competition (when you purchase the 2017 Craft commemorative cocktail glass)
Locally catered fare to enjoy during the festivity and cocktail tasting
Premier silent auction and utlimate raffle
Open bar including the 2017 Craft signature drink
Why the name “Craft”? Because this event is much more than just a great time and crafting cocktails. Proceeds from Craft benefit CCFA North Texas and the organization’s mission to find a cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (collectively known as Inflammatory Bowel Disease or IBD) and to improve the lives of the more than 70,000 North Texans living with these diseases. CCFA North Texas aims to serve these patients through a variety of services such as medical research, local support groups, education events, and Camp Oasis (a one-week summer camp designed to accommodate children suffering from Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis).
